The warranty period when buying from this Offcial Outlet, which is guaranteed and supported by Newland AIDC EMEA (the Manufacturer) is stated on the 'Properties' tab of each individual product.

Given the substantial price reductions applied across this outlet, Newland AIDC EMEA have chosen to offer an altered warranty period on all new-old-stock units. That is a conscious and transparent trade-off: significantly lower acquisition cost in exchange for a shorter warranty term — with the quality, origin, and warranty authority remaining exactly the same. Warranty Exclusions

The Newland AIDC EMEA Warranty applies to sales within Europe, Middle East and Africa and shall not apply to:

  • Any product which has been modified, or repaired by any other than Newland service or its authorised representatives;
  • Defects or damages caused by any third parties;
  • Any claimed defect, failure or damage which Newland determines was caused by faulty operations, improper use;
  • Any defect or damage caused by natural or man-made disaster;
  • Any consumable or equivalent (e.g. holsters, power supplies, batteries, lanyard, screensprotector, etc.). The consumable items carry a 30 day warranty from time of purchase.
