All pricing is in EURO's, without VAT and shipping costs.
Depending on the shipping country (destination) additional import TAX could be issued to you by your local customs.

TAX exempt & VAT number

The Newland AIDC EMEA Official Outlet ('https://Outlet.NewlandEMEA.com') is based in The Netherlands and we ship Worldwide. TAX exempt is automatically determined by the shopsystem based on the Shipping location and/or VAT number.

- within the European Union:
If your shipping location is within the EU, tax exempt is determined by the validity of your companies' VAT/TAX number. Enter this correctly in your 'Account / Profile details' by first selecting your EU country from the drop-down followed by your companies VAT/TAX identification number. Depending on your country this number can have various formats which all (if entered correctly) will be processed accordingly.

The one exeption being The Netherlands as we are based there and VAT will always be calculated.

- outside the European Union:

When your shipping location is outside the European Union tax exempt is applied automatically without the necessity to enter a VAT-number. However, supplying us the number could help smoother thus faster transition in customs. You can provide your company VAT-number in the comments section of your order.

Import Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, please note that import duties, taxes (including import VAT), and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices and will be borne by the buyer. They are levied by the local customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier upon import. As import regulations and rates vary by country, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance.

Please ensure that you are aware of your country’s import requirements. Any additional charges, delays, or costs resulting from customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import charges, any return shipping costs and related fees will also be charged to the buyer.
