Warranty

Mind that ALL Outlet products have an different warranty period from the original warranty period (stated i.e. on the datasheet).
The warranty period when buying from this Offcial Outlet, which is guaranteed and supported by Newland AIDC EMEA (the Manufacturer) is stated on the 'Properties' tab.
Warranty Exclusions
The Newland AIDC EMEA Warranty applies to sales within Europe, Middle East and Africa and shall not apply to:
- Any product which has been modified, or repaired by any other than Newland service or its authorised representatives;
- Defects or damages caused by any third parties;
- Any claimed defect, failure or damage which Newland determines was caused by faulty operations, improper use;
- Any defect or damage caused by natural or man-made disaster;
- Any consumable or equivalent (e.g. holsters, power supplies, batteries, lanyard, screensprotector, etc.). The consumable items carry a 30 day warranty from time of purchase.
